Alternative Process

This is another thing for the alternative process project which you just put down a piece of photo paper on to a table and then put stuff on top of it making a photo without using a camera.
This is my "photo" which has trail mix, fork, nails/screws, string and a screw driver on it.
The message is "Don't Work On An Empty Stomach". And that means that people don't work their best when they are hungry and work less because they're thinking of food. I had fun doing this project because it was a new way to take "Pictures" and a new way to see things!

Photoprint

In class we had to develop a picture that we took and develop it in an alternative process. I choose to print it with a silk screen.

This is the result of the silk screen printing. I used 3 different colors to print it with. First I used a dark grey to print the smaller/clouded bits then I used a light grey to print the main body. I used red for one of the wings in reference to the game Ace Combat.

This is the original photo that I took at the last Toronto air show. It's a CF-188 Hornet from the Royal Canadian Air Force (R.C.A.F)

Field Trip

The class went on a field trip and I went along and the assignment was to get a picture that could tell a story by itself.

This is a picture of a homeless man counting the money he received from a stranger.
(F 5, ISO 100, Shutter Speed 1/80)

This photo was taken in a flash as the firetruck was speeding by to get to a fire or I don't even know what it was probable a car crash.
(F 4, ISO 140, Shutter speed 1/80)

I don't have a clue of why the ambulance was at the Eaton Centre Toronto Hotel but it looked like an interesting scene so I snapped a picture of it.

broken photos

This is my first picture that I show you from my broken rules project. I what I did was set my shutter speed so that it will take a few seconds to take the photo, as I was doing that I moved my camera in a arching movement so that this picture could be taken.
(F 4.5, ISO 100, Shutter speed 1/1.6)

Ah yes. This picture is a pretty picture and as you can see I am breaking the rules and how I did this was by placing the light in the center of my lens as I lied down looking up.
(F 3.5, ISO 250, Shutter speed 1/160)

This photo was a simple picture as I just placed my hand in front of the camera while taking a picture of my friend. And the lighting is off and there is a bit of motion blur.
