Cardsharps

For this lighting project I decided to photoshop the painting "Cardsharps" by Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio and put my friends face onto one of the card player's face. All in all I think that I did a really great job with with this photoshop and project. It was a lot of fun to do as well!
The Cardsharps painting was painted by Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio in the year of 1594. This painting was a big step in Caravaggio's career as a painter because he was trying to have an independent career after leaving the workshop of the Cavaliere Giuseppe Cesari d'Arpino.

 We got this assignment in class and I was looking very forward to this because it gave me a chance to write out my name with some of my old pictures mixed with my new pictures. It was a really fun assignment to do!

So anyhow these photos, I think best represent me as a photographer because first of all they're all my photos and because I have captured the things that I find the best looking in life.
